ReturnS and Refund Policy

At Angel’s Apothecary, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

• Due to the nature of herbal and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@angelsapothecary.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
   
• Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
   
• Once confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees as covered by the ACL. You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
   
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
